Concerns on @ Matter surface formation:

     I’m concerned that the individuals working on the means to translate the formation of matter surfaces as a devise will be overwhelmed by the difficulties. Mostly I think that you will find yourself constantly being drawn in to how to support this device that will recreate this event that occurs thought scale in the universe or sum what too the universe. I ask you to do this for me, approach the work in this light all though it could be said that this is a very natural event I would like you to build your versions with the ability to view the device and the event that it reproduces as it is an event that the substance or the universe is being subjected to. The reason for this as in all technology the means to come to terms with what is really happening and through the nurturing and evolution of the industry you may well be able to suggest safer and more comprehensive means to achieve the same desired event. I have maintained in my approach to this portion of the work that it would be desirable to be able to reach out side of the fabric of the universe to ultimately achieve this. The belief in what this approach could ultimately secure is if we have to consume food I would prefers that the consumption of it was not based in consuming the universe or life that is supported by it. Now I know that this will seem a little out of reach at times, but I ask you to make room for this to be developed as you approach the maturity of this industry it will give the industry a mandate to be aware and develop to. For the naysayer I remind you that the origins of all electrical and electronic devisees ate in recognition of a silk cloth rubbed on a surface will produce a shock long walk from there to where we discover our self’s surrounded with that spark now. I would like to billed in a slot or mounting platform in all of these developing forms of the work for this and other approaches it is a responsible and honest way to develop this work.       I am not sure if I covered this in my explanations of how I developed the work well enough so I am going to go in to it now. The modeling would have to account for this and the difficulties in creation of the Electromagnetic spectrum on surface of matter creation and through mass displacement it can be done reducing this seemingly difficult association of events to mere testing equipment.

But in liquids the extrusion of fields from the underside the ocean floor surface could be as it is likely that a extrusion occurs through mass form the separation of planes this would be that effect of matter surfaces trying to form like in the coil doc this observations would play out on the galactic and universal surfaces as well and would not be confined to light as a base but would translate through all forces in their ability to associate to one another through alignment of sympathetic formations. This would provide the formational inverse or mould for genetic and mass coalescence structures in the entirety of the universe. Through the Energy to Area Constant the barrier of scale is lost to the observer but not to the ability of the extrusion or sympathetic. This is to say that all though the observation of the entirety of a Galactic surface seams to vast to effect a macro event that the Energy to Area Constant can and does transmit or translate vast field observations to seemingly small ones internally is the greater likelihood as externally would cause displacement to the event in relation to the observer.

  Note: The separation is likely the flux state that facilitates matter observations of change of state like water ice steam.
  Note: In addressing work in this area admit to yourself that this is the physical falling point that the universe faces in overcoming its difficulty.
